See Below01. Are your vehicles comprehensively insured?
Yes, all our vehicles are fully insured. However, in the event of an accident, the customer is responsible for covering 10% of the costs.
02. Can beginner drivers (driving with a driver’s license issued less than one year ago) also rent a car?
Yes. No restrictions are placed on the date of issuance of the driver’s license. We have a large-scale compensation system that beginner drivers can use to rent a vehicle without worries. People with little confidence in their driving skills are also welcome to use our services.
03. What is the breakdown response?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. If you experience a breakdown, our support partner will assist you promptly at any time T’s & C’s apply.
04. What is your fuel policy?
You will rent the car on a full tank, so if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel, we will refuel the vehicle and charge the fuel on the invoice. NB: Charges for fuel is higher than that charged at fuel stations, to cover administration costs.
05. What happens if I delay bring the car back?
An extra charge for failing to bring on time. As we are constantly having some bookings from elsewhere.
06. What are the methods of payment?
Bank transfer, World Remmit, Western Union, Mukuru, Ecocash, Innbucks are some of the methods.
07. Can I request an AT (automatic) or MT (manual) vehicle?
Depending on the car you want, you can select either manual or automatic
08. Is there an excess charge for additional drivers?
No additional charges apply for extra drivers. They must meet the required criteria to be eligible to drive.
09. Can you deliver a vehicle at a cost?
Yes, depending on the location and availability.
10. What is the deposit refund period?
Refunds for deposits are processed within 7 business days.
11. What are the cross boarder charges?
We only apply a fee for clearing the vehicle for cross-border use.
12. Is there a different security deposit for one day rental?
The security deposit varies based on the type of vehicle, regardless of the rental duration.
13. Do you operate 24 hours?
Yes, we provide round-the-clock service.
14. Do you offer unlimited mileage?
No ,unless a special arrangement has been made.
